When will my order arrive?
All of our orders are shipped on business days
(Monday - Friday).
Processing may take up 1-3 business working days, orders will not be shipped or processed Saturday - Sunday. You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.
Your order will usually arrive within 2-6 days.

OOPS! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?
Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] when you realise you've entered the wrong address, and we then can change it to the correct one. But if your order has already been processed and shipped, it's out of our hands.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, Fimmisbiauty has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please do try contact the USPS for any further info of your package whereabouts.
